Any return of a product or products purchased through the AQUAVI Store must be arranged with Customer Care within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. To start a return, you can contact us at info@aquaviwater.com

Returns (Buyer’s Remorse): Please keep all packaging and materials that are included with the purchase. The original purchaser must contact Customer Care in order to receive return instructions and credit. If the request is approved, we will send you the return shipping label. After we receive the product, we will conduct an inspection. If the product meets our return criteria, a credit will be issued within 10 business days to the credit card used for the original transaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
